2025 Seminar Information

Dates: May 29th – June 1st

Location: Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, OK (Click here for a campus map)

Cost: $430 per student

 

Early Bird registration pricing is available until Friday, December 13th, 2024. Students who have fully registered and paid* by this date are eligible for a discounted fee of $400 ($30 savings)!

*Payment must be received by the closing date or registered students will be charged the regular price. Please contact the HOBY Oklahoma Recruitment Team if there are issues with processing payment or if additional time is needed for the school, parent, or funding organization to process payment.

 

 

How to Register

 

School Contacts:

  • Registration opens on Monday, September 23rd, 2024.
  • All Oklahoma schools can send up to three students to the 2025 Seminar. Additional spots may be offered close to the seminar if there is availability. To request waitlist spots for additional students, please get in touch with the HOBY Oklahoma Recruitment Team at oklahobyrecruitment2025@gmail.com.
  • The school representative will log into HOBY online registration here to nominate selected students. Once nominated, students will receive an email requesting them to complete registration. The party responsible for paying the registration fee should receive an invoice with a link to a digital payment portal once the student has registered. If the invoice has not been received, please get in touch with the HOBY Oklahoma Recruitment Team.
  • Need help finding your school ID? Click the “Need Help” checkbox in the portal!

Community Members:

  • Anyone can submit a Community Nomination for a student!
  • Community Nominations open Friday, January 3rd, 2025. Once active, you can access the Community Nomination form through this page.
  • Once nominated, students will receive an email requesting them to complete registration. The party responsible for paying the registration fee should receive an invoice with a link to a digital payment portal once the student has registered. If the invoice has not been received, please contact the HOBY Oklahoma Recruitment Team at oklahobyrecruitment2025@gmail.com.
